There was a time when a young Brian crossed the border to Buffalo to buy this wave of figures including this bizarre capeless thor and the shirtless iron man. Knockoffs look better these days.....
I don't think even the knock off guys would touch this mold, Thor's head is almost flat, and it has always bugged me that he didn't have a cape, I mean come on they could have at least put a Superman cape on him. Still as goofy as these figs are I cannot quite this line...
For some reason I lost both my Punishers from this line, but the Thunder God remained. I just can't get rid of this cheesy figure!
I'm trying to put an open set of series one and two together, because they are so odd looking. Funny thing is I actually had both series and am now finding I have holes in the collection, must have been one of those Goodwill purges!

that is a sad, sad Thunder God...
I did put a SuperPowers Superman cape on mine. After a few years on my toy shelf, he ended up at Goodwill.
