Hands down one of the best capes on a figure or toy period! I mean if you are going to run around in a blue speedo you best have one killer cape! The weight on this thing and the way it fits, amazing! The toy isn't too bad either. To me, not knowing all too much about J'onn J'onzz, I think this is one of the best toys of the character.
Hasbro is responsible for this guy, and while not released as a DC Superhero he was released as a JLU figure exclusive through Kay Bee Toys, back when we still had them in the area. I was surprised to find this guy on the shelf, not so much the other exclusive Superman Blue (though I did go back years latter and get him off Ebay).
I have to tell you though, I wish they would have stepped up the capes on Superman and Batman like they did for the Martian Manhunter here, I just can't get over this cape!

you know, you could pair this one up with the Super Powers one and just say he shape-shifted down!
